Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the receipt of the package to return an order. For this, you have to contact us within a maximum of 30 days from when you received the package and inform us that you wish to return your order. After this, you have another 14 days to ship the package back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging. We cannot refund items that have traces of use or that are damaged (scratches to the leather or hardware).
Because of the nature of these goods, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We only accept full returns.
Refunds
If you wish to return the item, please contact us first at contact@rowzecdesign.com and inform us that you will return your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@rowzecdesign.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@rowzecdesign.com and after we have agreed to exchange your item, send your item to:

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Andreea Dorofte e.K, Längenwangstrasse 5, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item from outside the EU, please contact us via email to provide you with the detailed return instructions.
