Shipping policy

All orders are made individually once received. The current lead time (the time it takes us to manufacture your order) varies between 1 and 3 days. 

Shipping carriers and estimated transit times: 

- Germany - DHL - transit time: 1-2 days. Tracked.

- EU - DHL, delivered by the national post from your country (for example in France it is delivered by LaPoste) - transit time: 3-10 days

- United States - DHL, delivered by USPS - transit time: 5-14 days. Tracked

- Canada - DHL, delivered by Canada Post - transit time: 5-14 days. Tracked

- Australia, Singapore - DHL, delivered by local Post - transit time: 7-14 days. Tracked

The above transit times are estimates. We cannot guarantee the delays that might occur (exceptional situations, Holidays period)

If you select Express shipping at checkout, this is delivered by DHL Express or UPS Express. Transit time: 1-4 days. Tracked

Once dispatched, you can check the status of your order by going to your national post's website and entering the tracking number we sent you once the order had been dispatched.

We will send your order to the address that you indicated. We cannot help in any way if the address provided is incorrect and the order has been dispatched.

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, we can resend your order once it is returned to us. In this case, the re-shipping costs are supported by the buyer.

In some cases, buyers outside European Union are asked by their local Customs office to pay Customs Charges and Local Taxes. Customers are responsible for any specific taxes that might occur.
